Optima Aesthetic Systems - Terms & Conditions of Sale

  1. Definitions- "We", "our", or "us" refers to Optima Aesthetic Systems.- "You", "your", or "purchaser" refers to the individual or business purchasing equipment.- "Equipment" refers to any machines, devices, or products supplied by us.
  2. Professional Use Disclaimer
    All equipment sold by Optima Aesthetic Systems is intended for professional use only. It is your sole responsibility to ensure:- The equipment is suitable for your intended purpose;- You and any operators hold the required qualifications and professional training;- You have appropriate insurance coverage to use the equipment safely and legally;- You comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and professional standards.
    You must use the equipment strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Improper use, unauthorised repairs, modifications, or failure to maintain the machine correctly voids any warranty and releases Optima Aesthetic Systems from any liability.
  3. Electrical Safety & PAT Testing
    Before use in the UK, all equipment must be inspected and Portable Appliance Tested (PAT) by a qualified professional. You are responsible for arranging regular safety checks, maintenance, and certification as required by law.
  4. No Medical Claims
    Unless explicitly stated, equipment sold is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Any therapeutic or aesthetic results are the responsibility of the operator.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optima Aesthetic Systems is not liable for:- Any injury, damage, loss, claim, or expense arising from misuse, incorrect operation, lack of training, or failure to meet legal/professional standards;- Indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income, business, or reputation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  6. Warranty- Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (if applicable).- Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
  7. Returns & Refunds- We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with UK consumer law for eligible orders.- Returns are only accepted if:
      - The equipment is faulty or damaged on delivery, OR
      - The return is requested within 14 days of receipt and the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.- Professional-use equipment purchased by businesses or for commercial purposes is not eligible for change-of-mind returns once used or installed.- If a fault occurs within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will assist with repair or replacement as per the warranty terms.- Warranty and return rights are void if the equipment has been misused, modified, repaired by unauthorised persons, or not maintained as instructed.- Return shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
  8. Delivery & Risk
    Risk in the equipment passes to you upon delivery. You must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any visible damage.
  9. Purchaser Responsibilities
    By purchasing, you confirm you:- Are a qualified professional or are purchasing for professional use;- Will operate the equipment safely, lawfully, and with appropriate insurance;- Will not hold Optima Aesthetic Systems liable for improper use or lack of compliance.
  10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  11. Acceptance of Terms
    By purchasing equipment from Optima Aesthetic Systems, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Purchase constitutes your agreement to this disclaimer and all terms herein.
